The nature of event brings together various individuals and organizations whose involvement is necessary to ensure the successful event. There are several key actors who have crucial interest and impact of any event. The list of stakeholders are the followings (highlighting some impacts and interests):

Impacts: (-) noise level, mess, rubbish, feeling as second rate citizens in their settlement and (+) also proud to be part of the given culture etc.
Focusing on the event, generally the key actors or players of events are the followings:
- event participants/ consumers/ visitors – typically they are the “buyers of the event product” who participate on the event for various reasons such as seeking experiences in wineries or in wine regions or learning about wines etc.
- event organizers /event managers – are professional organizers (individuals or companies) who organizes and run events. Event organizers act as liaison between the client and the suppliers.
- event suppliers/ service providers – providing the goods and services needed for the event. The nature of service suppliers depends on the type of the event, the size of the event and its complexity (eg. whether it needs special services such as sounds and lighting technical professionals)
- The human resource need of an event needs to be defined for a certain point in time:

Generally, the event team includes the event manager and /or event coordinators, technical staff, other personnel eg. volunteers providing information, etc.. They are responsible for implementing the event.
