- Local varieties are cultivated by local producers that process them in their own facilities. For this reason, they allow for an important valorisation of the territory since customer come to buy such wines but also the other food products of the producing company (i.e. oil, cheese, meat products and groceries)
- Customers may also purchase the services of the guesthouse or the agritourist activities of the area around the production and processing place
