In today’s highly competitive vineyard environment, designing and then managing a vineyard has high information requirements, which require specific data to obtain. These can now be provided by state-of-the-art technologies. This section will address the most widespread problems or challenges faced by European wine growers today, while suggesting solutions to them. The aim here is for the vine-growers to gain practical knowledge that will help them in their work.
