Obiettivi: migliorare le prestazioni delle piccole e medie imprese del settore enogastronomico e la diversificazione della crescita e potenziare il turismo agroalimentare sostenibile.

Per promuovere e dare informazioni su eventi enogastronomici, produttori e prodotti.
Attività 🡪 Analisi Sensoriale: disciplina scientifica che applica i principi della progettazione sperimentale e dell’analisi statistica all’uso dei sensi umani (vista, olfatto, gusto, tatto e udito) per la valutazione dei prodotti di consumo.

Scopo dell’attività di analisi sensoriale:
Far assaggiare i prodotti locali; chiedere di fornire una descrizione dei sapori e degli odori percepiti durante la degustazione sulla base di un insieme di opzioni date, fargli dare un feedback sul prodotto, per:
- Approfondire la conoscenza dei prodotti di un territorio
- Creare una nuova esperienza sensoriale
- Raccogliere nuovi dati sensoriali su larga scala basati su smartphone
- Valutazione dei prodotti locali
