Today bottling takes place on bottling lines, which contain all the necessary technical components in a very limited space.
At the beginning, the empty bottles are placed on the conveyor belt.
For sterilization, there are several options available:
- The bottle can be sterilized with either hydrogen peroxide or sulfur water or ozonated water.
- Then it is rinsed with pure water.
The round filler raises the bottle and fills the containers to the set level.
A lift conveys the closures to the station. The screw caps are fitted automatically and sealed by a high-pressure roller.
Now the water droplets on the outside are removed in the drying tunnel.
Finally, the bottle is equipped and a label is affixed.
In the final step, the bottles are packed and sized on pallets.
